The debut album that took 40 years to arrive. Two of the original band, Shaft and Bower reunited, reworking old songs and writing new songs. Drummer Haydn and roadie Civ remembered and never forgotten. We loved making this, it made us happy and proud to call ourselves 2.3 once again.
All the tracks on this album are stories. Stories of our youth, our thoughts and our politics. Life and times in The Steel City we loved so much. It's in our blood and we will forever by those young lads playing music with no boundaries, no intentions of making it big, just having fun in 1977.
2.3 are the band Sheffield never forgot to remember.
